already im feeling it

that weird sense of loss
[or is it forced boredom]
that comes with
finishing a project
[its undenyable oppressive when i finish an album]
always
as if
suddenly
i have nothing to do

if im standing still…
[creatively]
im dying

faster

makes me
twitchy
to say the least

heres to inventing work to do…
in the last week

• gave proemland some minor CSS tweaks
• wrapped up a contract web project
• redesigned additiveinverse
• learned some new jscript tricks
• pulled glitches out of the live set for the record
• designed the tshirt for the record
• designed 3 wallapapers for the relaunch of the proemland wallpaper section
• found a new apartment
• redesigned additiveinverse again
• started packing
  [moving totally sucks even when its just across town]
• tried to come up with an excuse to use vanilla

over all
a week of “downtime”
usually my week long at home todo list is twice that
and sometimes i miss it
when its not

and sometimes
like now
i want
nothing more than to
hold it up to a smoldering cigarette
and watch it slowly burn
toss it out the window
and go back to bed…
