the newness mentality
is one of the reasons lots of people
who have been into this particular genre
for a significant amount of time

disenfranchised
   generally apathetic
    seeking newness elsewhere

nothing is ever completely original
i have never wanted to be
i want to get what’s in my head
out.

being a creative
is a form of schizophrenia i think
where a chorus of voices
 sings
  draws pictures
   sends pattern layouts and drum sequences efx chains
fluttering through your head
keeping you restless
undernourished
and certifiably insane
until you stop ignoring them
and do what it is they ask
unrelenting bastards
