the drug war

the war on drugs is a cover story
you know it.
I know it.
the government is not fooling anyone.
it is a slight of hand trick
to take away the “bad” drugs
replace them with “good” drugs from bristol-meyer-squib
and the like…
if I had the authority
I would legalize everything
yes everything
coke. weed. heroin. MDMA. LSD. PCP. speed.
all of them
that’s right
openly regulated by the government
openly imported by the government
and ultimately controlled the government
poof! no more war
the new drug trade would mean
- population control [harsh I know but true]
- pharmaceutical sales industry boost
- US farming and manufacturing jobs
- insurance companies could add money to their pockets
- naturally extracurricular narcotics would be taxed considerable which would mean…
- government would make considerably more money from legalizing everything than from the “war”
- drug research would be at an all time high
legislation would have to be put in place to cover health care / mental health care for drug users
perhaps then they would actually get some rehabilitation
for those that would deny healthcare…
detention camps
what concerns me
is that the government does not care enough about its citizens
to legalize and regulate narcotics in an effort to protect them
what ever happened to quality control?
but the moral issues you say?
morals schmorals
nothing seems to deter people.
there will always be rockstars that do heroin
investment bankers that do mushrooms
college kids that drink too much beer
dj’s and mc’s that smoke too much weed
doctors that smoke
dentists that drink too much coffee
when theres money to be made
theres money to be made

fighting drugs has become a bigger institution and money spinner. that way profit can be made from both providing the drugs and being seen to be fighting them. cheers.
